In 2030, ‘Upside-down World’ enables archeologists, scientists, engineers and oceanographers from all around the world to research the area effectively and reveal sunken cities. The capacity of the building is 200. However, it has ability to expand in time. Upside-down World Research Center provides people scientific labs, computer labs, living units and recreation areas.
